Volunteer

Give the most valuable gift you can give, your time. The Friends are always looking for people willing to give of themselves to help make our park a better place. We hold regular “ work days ” where we get together to work on projects, trail maintenance or preparation for a special event. A trail ride, hike or paddle on the river can be an enjoyable end to a productive day. Sometimes we camp overnight with sites provided by the park.

Have a special skill or talent? What ever your abilities, the most important thing is a desire to help. Call or E-Mail and we will find a way to include you today.

Membership & Donations

The Friends of the Little Manatee State Park is a non-profit 501©3 organization registered with the State of Florida and the U.S. government. Any donations are fully tax deductible and go to support our programs with in the park directly. Tax receipts for membership or donations will be sent to you.

One of the many ways you can help the Friends and the park is to become a member. It cost only $10 per year and shows your support for your park, so why not join today? Just print out this form and send it off with your check today.

Donations of any amount are always appreciated and go 100% toward our activities in support of the park. Donations in kind of needed items will be issued a tax receipt at market value. All donation amounts are appreciated so whether you donate $5.00, $100.00 or want to create an endowment for the future, do it today. It's good for you and good for the park.
